Notification of water shut-off
Today our water went off for a couple of hours without any notice. My mother was in the shower at the time. Very inconvienent! It is very hard to get the soap off without any water, especially when you are 86 years old. I think notificaton that the water is going to be turned off should be standard procedure. I don't think this was an emergency, either. I was told that they were hooking up to the new system. Next time please make sure your contractor notifies people well in advance of any water shut-offs. Thank you.
5th North 2nd West
The dip on 5th North is of no use but just to damage vehicles. You will notice when it rains (or snows), it does not drain. If it was designed to slow traffic, it doesn't do that either. I think a culvert needs to be put in if you need the drainage (and it does need it on the south side). The dip doesn't do it.
